It’s that time of year again when most of you are packing your swimsuits to head to the lake. Or packing the camper to head to the mountains for some fishing. We’re all for that sort of thing, so we’ll be packing the pickup to head up to Heron Lake for a few nights over the 4th of July weekend. BUT, we will definitely be back before Monday morning so that we can partake of the Pancakes on the Plaza. July - 4 - 2013

I just finished my July 4th breakfast in Santa Fe.  On the Plaza.  But not at one of my favorite restaurants. This time, I ate with thousands of other people at the 38th annual Pancakes on the Plaza event sponsored by the Rotary Club of Santa Fe.
