Me with my daughter, Johanna, in Galveston in August

Some of the readers of this blog have very graciously kept up with my health concerns over the past year, and for those of you who are interested, things have gone amazingly well.  From a diagnosis of Stage IV cancer a year ago to now, you’ve kept me in your thoughts and prayers.  For those who want to know the result, you’re welcome to follow this link to my latest Caringbridge post.

Thanks for your care and concern.  I’m now cancer free.

Bunny, you truly are a gifted writer. I just finished reading your post about the prayer. Oh my goodness, what an inspired prayer that was…our Heavenly Father’s message especially for you. I got a warm tingly feeling just reading your words and it reminded me of the hymn “I Stand All Amazed At The Love Jesus Offers Me.” Your book will be a testimony of the power of prayer, blessings, miracles and love. You are pretty amazing yourself! Congratulations on being cancer free!

Wow! We serve an amazing God who truly works miracles! You are blessed, and God has given you gifts to bless others. I love your spirit and your determination….and most of all, your faith! I have enjoyed your articles so much that make me feel so connected to New Mexico. I grew up in Albuquerque and have lived near Houston for nearly 30 years. Thank you for keeping us updated….I will look forward to lots more articles. So happy that you can claim victory over cancer! Continued blessings!
