New Mexico is the fifth largest state of America. The state’s landscapes and cultures have no bounds, which makes it one-of-a-kind. The state has a lot to offer to vacationers and sightseers, providing a wide range of outdoor recreational activities. The local people, food, and climate are truly amazing, which are three more reasons the place is referred to as ‘The Land of Enchantment’. If New Mexico doesn’t sound intriguing enough yet, here are 20 interesting facts that shall allow you to see this extraordinary territory in a new light:

  1. Great list of facts — love ‘em all!
A little bit of a tangent, but I’ll throw it out there anyway. I just uploaded the newest episode of my podcast series, “A Look Behind in Rewind.” This installment, “The Day Heck Froze Over,” shares the story of the time a wicked cold snap blew through Albuquerque. It’s a short, humorous, 10-minute piece, based on my time in New Mexico, which you can hear at https://alookbehindinrewind.Buzzsprout.com — If there’s any way you can spread the word, I’d really appreciate it. Thanks!
